Public Transport Buses – Purchase of 6 Low-Floor Articulated Buses with Mild Hybrid Drive

The contract involves the purchase of 6 low-floor articulated buses equipped with mild hybrid drive, with an option for additional purchases. Communication between the contracting authority and suppliers will take place via the e-Procurement Platform. Detailed specifications are provided in Annex 8 of the Terms of Reference. According to the law, offers that include less than 50% of products from EU member states or countries with equivalent treatment agreements will be rejected. The contracting authority is not required to justify the decision not to divide the contract into parts, as each part will be subject to a separate procurement process. The authority reserves the right to exercise an option for an additional 6 buses. Suppliers must submit required documents and evidence as specified in the law, and foreign suppliers must provide specific documentation from their country of residence. The deadline for submissions is November 12, 2025.
