    Brief

The City of Pieksämäki is seeking binding written offers for the procurement of soil and stone materials as outlined in the procurement announcement published on the Hilma notification channel. This procurement is specifically for materials needed for construction projects in Pieksämäki, Naarajärvi, Jäppilä, and Virtasalmi. The city reserves the right to primarily use its own loading and transportation equipment, as well as its own stone material reserves. The city also reserves the right to separately tender the contracts. The procurement is divided into several areas: Area 1 - Pieksämäki urban area, Area 2 - Naarajärvi, Area 3 - Jäppilä, Area 4 - Virtasalmi, Area 5 - Nenonpelto, Area 6 - Price of material loaded in € / ton, Area 7 - Grit for sanding. Important considerations include adherence to transportation prices as specified in the request for proposals dated August 29, 2025, for the procurement of soil and stone transportation. The evaluation will be based on a volume-weighted comparison, and if a supplier does not offer for a specific area, that area must be closed off. Detailed instructions for submitting partial offers and closing areas are provided in the attached documents.
