The existing town hall, city library, and community center will be cleared and partially demolished or renovated, and replaced or expanded with new buildings. During the transition period of the construction phases, a temporary building for the town hall and the city library has been found, along with a modern and future-oriented usage concept (New Work). This concept should also be transferable to the future town hall after the renovation and expansion. The interim property located at Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 30-34 in 65760 Eschborn includes approximately 180 desk-sharing workspaces, as well as co-working areas, workshop, conference, and meeting rooms. A mood board regarding the look and feel has already been created. The furnishings are based on an interior architectural design plan that ensures a high-quality and representative overall image of the new town hall and city library.
