Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Installation in Rovinari

The City Hall of Rovinari is seeking to purchase and install 9 electric vehicle charging stations as part of the project aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions in transportation by promoting infrastructure for energy-efficient vehicles. The charging stations will be located in the following areas: 1. Strada Termocentralei - Parking Block R4, accessed from Str. Tineretului; 2. Parking Workshop SPL Rovinari, accessed from Str. Plopilor; 3. Str. Muncii - Parking Block H3-PT2, accessed from Str. Muncii; 4. Str. Castanilor nr.2, near School No. 1, accessed from Str. Castanilor; 5. Str. Tineretului nr.5, Parking E1-E3, accessed from Str. Tineretului; 6. Parking Block T5, accessed from Str. Tineretului; 7. Str. Florilor, behind the City Hall, accessed from Str. Florilor; 8. Str. Tineretului, Parking Block L1-G3, accessed from Str. Tineretului; 9. Parking Block F1-F2-F3, accessed from Str. Tineretului. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Clarifications can be requested up to 20 days before the submission deadline. It is important to note that offers should be prepared for 9 charging stations, not 10 as mentioned in the technical project, because the station in the parking area of blocks M1-M2 on Slt Constantin Laurentiu Lixandru Street was not eligible for non-reimbursable funding. The funding contract is attached to this documentation.
