ICT Support Services Tender for Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy

Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy (JSP) is seeking a provider for comprehensive ICT services through this tender. The services required include: 1) Management of current systems - licenses, Intune device management, M365 environment, server resource sharing and backup, and networking. 2) Ongoing service production. 3) Remote support services and on-site support as needed. 4) Quality control and management - JSP's service quality control and management will be agreed upon. Participation in IT development group meetings via Teams three times a year when invited. 5) Other expert services on a call basis. A detailed description of the required services and current state can be found in attachment 1. The procurement procedure will use a negotiation process. Three suppliers with the most economically advantageous offers will be selected based on the preliminary evaluation of bids. This is the final tender request, which will be used to select the service provider. The tender will only be published to the selected suppliers for the negotiation process. The purpose of the negotiations is to refine the final tender and procurement contract due to the diverse, comprehensive, and challenging nature of the service package for both the buyer and suppliers.
