Fuel Supply Contract for Romania

This is a framework agreement for a duration of 36 months for the supply of unleaded gasoline for vehicles. The fuel will be purchased using credit cards and/or supplier-issued fuel cards. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and individual subsequent contracts, as well as product descriptions, can be found in the specifications section of the procurement documentation. Suppliers have 15 days to request clarifications before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification within 10 days of the bid submission deadline, in accordance with legal requirements. Bidders should ensure that their requests for clarification are submitted in a timely manner to allow the contracting authority to comply with Article 173 of Law 99/2016.
