Project Management for Construction in Wiesau, Germany

This contract involves project management services for the construction of new workshop facilities at the BSZ Wiesau school. A feasibility study has determined that the existing workshops, built between 1960 and 1981, cannot be economically renovated due to significant issues such as fire safety deficiencies, lack of accessibility, poor energy efficiency, structural damage, and insufficient space for future needs. Therefore, a new building will be constructed on the eastern part of the school grounds. The construction will take place in multiple phases while the school remains operational. The new facilities will include practical areas for woodwork, construction, metalwork, and automotive studies, totaling a new usable area of 7,593 square meters. Additionally, the new building will feature a cafeteria and a teachers' lounge, resulting in a total gross floor area of 10,425 square meters. The workshops for wood, construction, metal, and the cafeteria will be two stories high, while the automotive area will be a single-story structure.
