Supply of Medical Gauze and Related Products

This contract involves the supply of medical gauze, cotton, and tampons for the Faculty Hospital with Polyclinic F. D. Roosevelt in Banská Bystrica, along with related services such as delivery and unloading of goods at the designated location, for a period of 36 months. The contract is divided into six parts based on the required technical and functional parameters: Part 1: Gauze Tampons and Longuets, Part 2: Tampons with X-ray Fiber, Part 3: Cotton, Part 4: Compresses, Part 5: Folded Gauze Squares, Part 6: Flat Tampons for Neurosurgery. All supplied items must be new, unused, in original packaging without any signs of damage or functional defects, and intended for human use. The offered products must meet the defined specifications. If the description and specifications refer to a specific manufacturer, process, brand, trade name, or type, equivalent products may be submitted, provided they meet the minimum technical and medical-functional parameters or have equal or better technical properties. All offered goods must comply with the relevant requirements set forth in EU legal regulations. The duration of the contractual relationship is 36 months for all parts.
