Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Services

The contracting authority will enter into a contract for a period of 12 months for repair and maintenance services for multi-brand vehicles and trailers, with the possibility of extension in accordance with Article 221, letter a) of Law 98/2016 updated, according to the requirements of the specifications. If the lots are awarded to different bidders, contracts will be concluded for each lot separately. The deadline for any interested economic operator to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 16 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority establishes that the deadline for responding to all requests for clarifications or additional information is on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
