Consultancy Support for Transport in West Midlands

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking consultancy support to enhance its transport policy and strategy. The role involves conducting essential research and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop evidence-based transport policies. The consultant will focus on various aspects, including political, economic, environmental, social, and technological factors, to guide the planning and implementation of transport initiatives. This work aims to align with WMCA's broader goals in economic development, housing, regeneration, health, and environmental sustainability. The consultant will engage with colleagues, local authorities, and external partners, including Midlands Connect and relevant government departments, to influence and support the transport and economic strategy.
