Purchase and Delivery of a New Wheel Loader

This contract involves the purchase and delivery of one brand new wheel loader, manufactured in 2025 or later. The vehicle must be unused, free from manufacturing defects, and comply with current emissions standards. The delivered loader must be ready for registration. The contractor is required to deliver the loader to the address: 12 Ratuszowa Street, 39-200 Dębica, along with all necessary documentation for registration. The loader must be fully operational and ready for immediate use. Additionally, the contractor must provide training for designated personnel at the specified address.
