As part of the construction project to convert the Domblick outdoor pool into a natural swimming pool, a gastronomy building made of timber frame construction is to be created for general year-round use. The construction of the building will take place simultaneously with the pool construction and will have intersections regarding water technology and outdoor facilities. The gastronomy building will include a restaurant area for external guests and a kiosk area to serve pool visitors. A combination of cooling cells consisting of five cooling rooms for meat, fish, beverages, vegetables, and frozen foods is to be delivered to the designated area and connected to specified interfaces, including commissioning, training, and maintenance within the first four years after completion.
