    Brief

This contract involves the procurement and installation of solar panel systems, including all necessary installation work, under a fixed-price contract. The project is divided into two parts: 1. Installation of a solar panel system at Bóbita Kindergarten, which includes 122 solar panels (total: DC 54.29 kWp) of the type 'Trina Vertex TSM-455 NEGR9R.28 or equivalent', along with the necessary mounting hardware and inverter installation. The winning contractor will also be responsible for various tasks such as disconnecting power, setting up remote monitoring, internet connection, conducting measurements and inspections, creating wall penetrations for cable routing, preparing implementation plans, conducting lightning protection reviews, managing utility provider interactions for system commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing training and documentation. The contractor must supply all necessary installation materials (e.g., mounting hardware, galvanizing spray) and handle transportation and lifting tasks. The contractor is only allowed to minimally damage the roof structure during installation and must repair any damage that causes leaks. Work can only be performed on weekdays between 12:00 and 14:00 without causing loud noise. Detailed quality and technical requirements are included in the procurement documents. The contractor's fixed price must cover all costs related to the project, including materials and labor. Additional compensation beyond the quoted price will not be accepted. 2. Installation of a solar panel system at the Mayor's Office, which includes 218 solar panels (total: DC 97.010 kWp) of the same type and similar installation requirements as above.
