Supply of Custom Protective Clothing in Hungary

The contracting authority is seeking suppliers to manufacture and deliver custom-designed protective clothing products based on provided patterns and specifications. Deliveries will be made to the contracting authority's central headquarters in Budapest. The design and preparation of European conformity certificates are not the responsibility of the winning bidder. The products must be uniquely designed and certified according to European standards, and only compliant products can be delivered. The technical description and draft contract outline the specific requirements for manufacturing and delivery. Partial bids are not allowed. The contract covers the production and delivery of seven types of protective clothing products, along with related services, with a maximum budget of 83,000,000 HUF throughout the contract duration. The contracting authority commits to a 70% call-off obligation on the total budget. The estimated total quantities are as follows: 90 pairs of overalls, 101 softshell jackets, 309 protective shirts, 125 winter protective coats, 212 summer protective trousers, 314 winter protective trousers, 1051 collared protective t-shirts, and 300 removable name tags. Additionally, the contracting authority may order services as detailed in the technical description and draft contract, including supplier representation during qualification (10 hours) and production development (10 hours). The winning bidder's products must meet the following standards: ISO 20471 for high-visibility protective clothing, ISO 13688 for general requirements for protective clothing, and EN 343 for rain protection (only applicable to winter protective coats).
