Avres is seeking flexible and skilled support for green management and cleaning services to meet the increasing demand for these services. Currently, some of this work is performed by internal staff and through existing contracts with external suppliers. However, these contracts are expiring, and there is a need for a new, sustainable solution for hiring green and facility workers at scale 6. Lot 1: Hiring of Green Specialists. Avres estimates the total value of this contract at €450,000, excluding VAT, including option years, and is capped at this amount. This means that Avres can issue additional orders totaling €450,000, excluding VAT, through the framework agreements. Lot 2: Hiring of Cleaning Specialists. Avres estimates the total value of this contract at €1,000,000, excluding VAT, including option years, and is capped at this amount. This means that Avres can issue additional orders totaling €1,000,000, excluding VAT, through the framework agreements.
