Brief
This contract involves the following works: - Construction of raw water intake and raw water pipeline - Construction of a new drinking water treatment station - New drinking water storage reservoir - Electrical supply (electric connection) - Electrical works and SCADA - Fencing and vertical planning, including roads and paths within the site - Generator set - Monitoring and surveillance system (CCTV) - Chemical laboratory equipment - Access road - Wastewater discharge pipeline to the sewer system. The estimated duration of the contract includes 6 months for the design phase and 24 months for the execution phase, plus a warranty period of at least 36 months from the signing of the acceptance report upon completion of the works. NOTE: According to Article 172, paragraph (1) of Law no. 99/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, respecting the deadlines set by the contracting entity. The contracting entity establishes two deadlines for responding clearly and completely to all clarification requests: - first deadline: on the 21st day before the deadline for submitting offers, the contracting entity will respond to requests submitted by the 30th day before the deadline for submitting offers; - second deadline/last deadline: on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, the contracting entity will respond to requests submitted by the 21st day before the deadline for submitting offers. According to Article 29, paragraph (3) of HG no. 394/2016, the contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. The contracting entity is not obliged to respond to other requests submitted after the publication of responses from the second deadline (last deadline), in case the deadline for submitting offers is extended. If one or more of the established dates fall on a non-working day, the next working day will be considered.
