Software Purchase for Police Headquarters in Rzeszów

The contract involves the purchase of specialized software for the Police Headquarters in Rzeszów. It is divided into three parts: 1) Part 1 involves purchasing Magnet Axiom Complete software with a 5-year subscription, 2) Part 2 involves purchasing PASSWARE KIT Ultimate software with a 3-year license, and 3) Part 3 involves purchasing X-Ways Forensics software with a 3-year dongle-based license. Detailed descriptions of the items are provided in Annex 1 of the Terms of Reference and Annex 3 of the Specification of Contract Conditions. The offered products must meet all requirements specified by the buyer in the Terms of Reference and its annexes. The buyer allows equivalent products, meaning products with parameters not worse than those described. The contractor must prove the equivalence of the product. Due to the nature of the contract, the buyer cannot describe the items without referring to specific software names. Contractors may provide equivalent solutions that are the same or better in terms of functionality, compatibility, and meeting the buyer's needs. If an equivalent solution is offered, the contractor must demonstrate its equivalence to the contract items.
