Construction of Primary School Building in Sułków

This contract involves the design and execution of construction works for the project titled 'Construction of the Primary School Building in Sułków.' The project is co-financed by the Government Fund for the Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program. The scope of the contract includes all necessary actions to ensure compliance with legal regulations, the terms of the contract, and the requirements outlined in the Functional-Utility Program, which includes an initial architectural concept and geotechnical opinion, along with other documents attached to the SWZ. The contract entails the development of comprehensive project documentation, obtaining a valid building permit, constructing the facility, and obtaining a decision for the use of the primary school building in Sułków, based on the concept and functional-utility program. The building will consist of two identical segments 'A' and 'B' and a gymnasium area with facilities. Segment 'A' and segment 'B' will have a gabled roof with a slope of 35°, be fully basement, and have two above-ground floors (ground floor and usable attic). The segments will be connected by a glass corridor. The gymnasium area with facilities (2 floors) will have a flat roof with a slope of 6°. The expected sizes characterizing the facility are as follows: USABLE AREA OF THE BUILDING: Segment 'A' and segment 'B' combined: 3120.96 m2 Gymnasium area with facilities combined: 761.55 m2 Total usable area of the building: 3882.51 m2.
