Cleaning Services for Educational Buildings in Belgium

This contract is for cleaning and maintenance services for various buildings occupied by Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci. The buildings include classrooms, laboratories, cafeterias, sports halls, and administrative offices. The awarded suppliers will be responsible for providing labor and necessary cleaning supplies. They will also manage the distribution of hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in the restrooms based on the school's stock. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers cleaning services for the Ixelles campus, Lot 2 for the Louvain-la-Neuve campus, and Lot 3 for the Woluwé Saint Lambert campus. Each lot may require the supplier to perform services for other campuses in case of unavailability of the primary contractor. The contract includes various service levels: basic cleaning, specific low-frequency cleaning tasks requiring qualified personnel, window cleaning, and emergency services. All costs related to these services, including labor, materials, and necessary equipment, are included in the contract price.
