    Brief

This framework agreement involves the procurement of patrol cars for the State Police of Schleswig-Holstein. The contractor is required to supply vehicles classified under EU vehicle category M1. These vehicles must be built in a standard commercial design, except for police-specific technical equipment. User testing will be conducted during the process according to the performance specifications and evaluation matrix. The framework agreement has maximum quantities for the services to be provided during the specified period: Lot 1: 140 vehicles, Lot 2: 60 vehicles, Lot 3: 140 vehicles, Lot 4: 120 vehicles, Lot 5: 110 vehicles, Lot 6: 70 vehicles. Once these maximum quantities per lot are reached, the framework agreement will automatically end, regardless of the originally agreed duration. A reduction in actual orders during the contract period does not entitle the contractor to price increases or other claims. The buyer is not obligated to accept remaining quantities. The actual quantity accepted will depend on the current and future fleet requirements of the State Police of Schleswig-Holstein.
