Facade Design Consultancy for National Concert Hall

The Office of Public Works (OPW) is seeking a Façade/Envelope Design Consultant for the redevelopment of the National Concert Hall located at Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2. This project involves the conservation, refurbishment, and upgrade of the existing buildings, covering a total area of approximately 19,152 square meters, which includes a 4,207 square meter basement and 14,945 square meters above ground. The development will also feature a new rear extension to the west of the main auditorium. The selected consultant will be responsible for the design, tendering process, selection of subcontractors or main contractors, and site monitoring as outlined in the Scope of Services document provided in the tender pack.
