Construction Work for Cité Modèle 1 - Comprehensive Renovation

This project involves the complete renovation of the Cité Modèle 1 building in Belgium. The work includes asbestos removal, complete gutting of the building, and exposing its structure (facades, roofs, interior layout and finishes, technical installations). The external walkways and emergency staircases will be replaced with new concrete elements. The building's envelope will be fitted with new aluminum joinery (3-chamber profiles, high-performance glazing); high-performance insulation will be installed behind composite facade panels; and the roof will be renovated with additional thermal insulation. The interior of the apartments will be redesigned with a focus on thermal and acoustic insulation. The technical installations will be completely renovated, including centralized heating and hot water production with distribution to the apartments. A centralized and closed ventilation system (system D) will be installed, featuring supply and extraction ducts with heat recovery. New electrical and sanitary installations will be provided, along with the renewal of all equipment. The common areas and apartments will be finished with acoustic/thermal insulation of the floors and floating floor coverings; wall coverings and false ceilings; interior joinery and painting.
