Waste Management Services in Psary

The contract involves the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the Psary municipality. This includes waste collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point and from the Psary Municipal Office. The contractor will be responsible for: 1. Collecting and managing all types of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and selectively collected waste from residential properties, including: - Unsorted (mixed) waste and bio-waste collected in containers placed on the sidewalk or road shoulder without obstructing pedestrian movement. - Selectively collected waste such as plastics, multi-material packaging, metals, paper, and glass collected in bags placed on the sidewalk or road shoulder without obstructing pedestrian movement. - Selectively collected bulky waste such as furniture, used electrical and electronic equipment, and used tires collected directly from the property, sidewalk, or road shoulder. 2. Collecting and managing municipal waste collected by the municipality at the Selective Waste Collection Point. 3. Collecting and managing construction and demolition waste from households as an additional service. This service includes the collection and management of construction and demolition waste generated outside construction sites, from residential properties undergoing self-managed renovations. The contractor will provide property owners with a polypropylene fabric bag (big bag) for construction and demolition waste and ensure its collection and management. 4. Collecting unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and selectively collected municipal waste such as bio-waste, plastics, multi-material packaging, metals, paper, and glass from non-residential properties, specifically the Psary Municipal Office. Vehicles used for waste collection must meet at least Euro 5 emission standards. The contract duration is 24 months from the date of signing, starting no earlier than November 1, 2025.
