Supply of Heating Oil for Public Facilities

This contract involves the delivery of light heating oil to various public facilities managed by the 22nd Military Economic Unit in Olsztyn for the year 2026. The delivery locations include Lipowiec, Omulew, Czarny Piec, Ulesie, and Olsztyn, with a total estimated quantity of 292 cubic meters. This includes a base order of 162 cubic meters and an optional order of 130 cubic meters, as outlined in the 'Heating Oil Supply Plan for the 22nd Military Economic Unit in Olsztyn for 2026.' The optional quantities can be requested by the buyer at unit prices specified in the bid form, within the timeframe set in the contract provisions. According to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law of September 11, 2019, the buyer reserves the right to exercise the option as per the contract provisions. The buyer has defined a basic order level that can be increased up to the maximum quantity specified in the option. Deliveries under the option must be carried out under the conditions specified in the contract provisions.
