Aarhus Municipality has entered into an agreement for licenses for a new legal guide system. This system is designed to assist municipal employees in applying laws and regulations across all administrative areas, primarily concerning authority execution. Additionally, the system will support the management of personnel matters and include comments from the Local Government Denmark (KL) on agreements and contracts. The system will include the following features: 1. Access to updated laws and guidelines across all administrative areas, along with integration of KL's comments and interpretations of agreements and contracts. 2. Customizable content that allows for the upload and maintenance of the municipality's own procedures, rules, and workflows, with content categorized for easy access to specific legal areas. 3. Access to a wide range of guides on the administration of legal areas to support case handlers in their authority execution/administration of the legal area. 4. An advanced search function for quick and efficient access to laws, regulations, and comments. The system will have an intuitive interface that is easy to use in daily operations. 5. Continuous updates to ensure it always contains the latest versions of laws, guidelines, etc., with automatic updates of KL's comments when changes occur in agreements and contracts. 6. The ability to manage differentiated access rights based on employee roles. Prior to the release of this announcement, the contracting authority published notice 612430-2025.
