Medical Evacuation Vehicle Supply

This contract involves the supply of a medical evacuation vehicle. The detailed specifications for the vehicle are provided in Attachment 1 of the procurement documents. The vehicle offered by the supplier must meet all requirements set by the contracting authority as outlined in Attachment 1. The supplier is required to provide a brand new vehicle that complies with all applicable standards and regulations. The delivery location and end user is the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Przemyśl. The contracting authority allows for subcontracting parts of the contract. Suppliers must indicate in their bids which parts of the contract will be subcontracted and provide the names of any known subcontractors. The execution of the contract will follow the terms specified in the contract template, which is included as Attachment 8 to the procurement documents. No performance bond is required. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement process before the deadline for submitting bids if circumstances arise that make further proceedings unjustified. According to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority may cancel the procurement process if the public funds intended to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated. Whenever a brand name or product standard is mentioned in the documentation, equivalent solutions are permitted. The Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Rzeszów acts on behalf of the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service based on an agreement for joint preparation and execution of the public procurement process. A list of recipients and users is included as Attachment 1 to the contract.
