Brief
This project involves energy efficiency improvements for the Gábor Dénes Technical School and Vocational High School, specifically for buildings T, K, M, C, and D. The work includes various tasks such as land clearing and excavation (4426 m2), metal and lightweight structures (246 m2), dry construction (4162 m2), flooring (10272 m2), wooden and plastic structures (67 units), metal doors and locksmith work (100 units), surface finishing and painting (19686 m2), piping and fittings (60 m), general building mechanical installations (1318 m), building mechanical piping (2907 m), building mechanical fittings (365 m), utility piping (1316 m), chimney installation (1 unit), foundation work (442 m2), on-site concrete and reinforced concrete (3488 m3 + 19.18 tons), masonry and other work (1430 m2), plastering (5547 m2), roofing (1083 m), glass wall structures (232 m2), demolition of glass walls (96 m2), insulation (18464 m2, including 6500 m2 of external insulation), paving (28 m2), ventilation systems (100 units), air conditioning (50 units), ceiling openings (82 units), groove cutting (620 m), low voltage installations (1 unit), structural network installation (1 unit), surveillance systems (1 unit), sound systems (1 unit), door access systems (1 unit), fire alarms (1 unit), formwork and scaffolding (3163 m2), prefabricated building structures (7 units), shading devices (5 units), elevators (1 unit), building automation (5 units), and lightning protection (1 unit). The partial renovation of building T includes the expansion of the ground floor lobby (275 m2) and the installation of external thermal insulation (112 m2). The internal layout will be modified, and a new courtyard entrance will be created. A modern access control system will be installed at the entrance. The street facade of building T will feature a curtain wall glass facade (232 m2). New windows and external shading devices will be added to the gym. Each building will have its own heating unit (15 units) installed as part of the project. The K building will undergo expansion and transformation (620 m2), introducing new functions. The ground floor will house a kitchen and dining area, with a new dining space (191 m2) and an IT center, library, and stair-lift area being created. The project also includes structural modifications to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. The successful bidder will be responsible for a warranty period of 36 months from the date of technical handover, ensuring complete and satisfactory performance.
