Renovation and Modernization of Residential Building in Wrocław

This contract involves various renovation and modernization works for a residential building located at Strzelecki Square 8 in Wrocław. Key tasks include: 1) Insulating the courtyard facade, 2) Insulating the attic ceiling, 3) Insulating the basement ceiling, 4) Insulating the attic walls between the unheated attic and residential units, 5) Insulating the roof, 6) Replacing windows, 7) Repairing the roof structure and covering, 8) Installing moisture protection for basement walls, 9) Renovating the entrance gate to the building from the courtyard, 10) Installing a concrete slab around the building from the courtyard side, 11) Designing, delivering, and installing an information board for residents according to the guidelines for project signage, 12) Designing, delivering, and installing an A3 information poster in accordance with the Visual Identity Book of the National Reconstruction Plan.
