Automated Parking System for National Botanic Gardens Glasnevin

The Office of Public Works (OPW) is seeking to procure and install a modern hybrid ticketless parking payment system at the National Botanic Gardens Glasnevin. The system will replace an existing non-functional installation and improve traffic flow while enhancing visitor experience. The solution must be cloud-based and primarily utilize Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology to enable seamless drive-through parking without requiring physical interaction. The system should include a backup ticket issuance capability for vehicles with unrecognized license plates.
