Orthopedic Prosthetics and Medical Supplies

This procurement opportunity is for orthopedic prosthetics, including endoprostheses and other medical materials, essential for healthcare professionals to provide high-quality medical care to patients. The goal is to enhance the quality of medical services tailored to individual patient needs. Detailed specifications for each lot are available in the terms of reference. The procedure will conclude with the signing of framework agreements with an economic operator for a duration of 4 years. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities for subsequent contracts are outlined in the terms of reference. Subsequent contracts will be awarded monthly based on the needs of the contracting authority and budget allocations within the National Orthopedics Program. The contracting authority is not obligated to purchase the estimated minimum or maximum quantities for the entire duration of the framework agreement. The deadline for the contracting authority to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information will be 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with Article 160 in conjunction with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the submission deadline.
