Mobile App Development Services for Work Time Tracking

This contract involves the procurement of a specialized mobile application designed to record the start and end of work shifts. The project includes customization services and implementation support, as well as technical and second-level operational support. The Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) reserves the right to extend the contract duration by up to 50%, with corresponding increases in the scope and budget, under the same terms and unit prices as Phase 5. Additionally, after the completion of Phase 2, IPTO may unilaterally assign additional services related to Phases 5.1 and 5.2, maintaining the same terms and unit prices. In such cases, the contract duration may also be extended as mutually agreed upon to ensure the completion of the extension within the newly agreed timeframe.
