Transport Services in Denmark – Moving Services

This framework agreement outlines the procurement of moving services for Aarhus University. The moving services include relocating furniture within or between the university's buildings, as well as to various locations in Denmark. The tasks involved in the moving process include consulting, planning, guidance, collection of moving goods, transportation, and placement of items at the new location as directed by the client. The client can order moving services and related services, such as handyman assistance and rental of 20-foot containers, under the terms specified in this framework agreement. A significant moving task is scheduled for the end of 2025, where Aarhus BSS will relocate most of its activities to new premises approximately 3 km away. This move will occur in two phases in December 2025 and February 2026, requiring the supplier to allocate the necessary resources to manage this task. The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework agreement that meets the client's needs for handling moving services in Denmark, ensuring competitive pricing and quality in service delivery, supporting the reduction of CO2 emissions and resource waste, and ensuring good working conditions for the supplier's employees. The agreement will be made with one supplier, and while the client has the right to use the agreement, there is no obligation to do so.
