Building Inspection Services in Rottal-Inn District

The Rottal-Inn District is seeking suppliers to conduct building inspections for approximately 32 properties within the district. The first step involves categorizing these properties based on span, condition, and other criteria, followed by a site visit and inspection in accordance with RÜV 5.1. For some properties, a second site visit may be necessary, and the findings will be documented in a subsequent report. Additionally, a third step may involve assistance with minor defect rectification and a final inspection with a concluding report.
