Supply of Refined Petroleum Products

This contract involves the supply and delivery of refined liquid petroleum products to meet the ongoing needs of the City of Les Herbiers. The procurement will be conducted through single-award framework agreements with the issuance of purchase orders. The specific products and their technical specifications are detailed in the Unit Price Schedules (BPU). The framework agreements will have minimum and maximum annual amounts as follows: Lot 1: Motor fuels (gasoline) with a minimum of €30,000 and a maximum of €90,000; Lot 2: Performance fuel oil with no minimum and a maximum of €6,000; Lot 3: Non-road performance diesel and various mixtures with a minimum of €11,000 and a maximum of €78,000; Lot 4: Motor oils with no minimum and a maximum of €8,000. For reference, the consumption for the year 2024 was as follows: Diesel: 35,988 liters; E10: 2,632.29 liters; Unleaded 98: 4,440 liters; AD Blue: 26 liters; Performance fuel: 1,000 liters; GNR performance: 31,340 liters; 2-stroke mixture: 2,160 liters; Motor oils: 2,160 liters.
