Germany – Installation of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems – New Construction of the Geradstetten Education Center

The project involves the installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems in the seminar building and guest house of the new education center in Geradstetten. The seminar building will be equipped with a central ventilation unit that includes a sound attenuator, heater, cooler, and cross-flow heat exchanger. A separate ventilation unit with a grease separator will be installed in the kitchen. Air distribution will occur through two shafts on the first and ground floors, with additional ventilation for the dining area and foyer. The guest house will have decentralized exhaust systems in the sanitary rooms and a central ventilation unit on the roof supplying all rooms below. This unit will also serve offices and meeting rooms on the ground floor, with basic ventilation for the lounge area and washrooms on upper floors. The cooling system includes split cooling outdoor units for electrical rooms and a heat pump conversion for seminar rooms and administrative areas.
