Supply of Disposable Sanitary Paper Products

This contract involves the supply and delivery of disposable protective items, bedding, and wiping products needed by the Assistance Publique Hôpitaux de Paris (APHP). For lots 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 22, 23, the APHP commits to a minimum amount of 50% of the value of each lot based on the contractor's offer over the total duration of the contract. For lots 2, 4, 17, 18, 19, 21, and 24, the commitment is a minimum of 20%. The contractor also commits to a maximum amount of 150% for lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 22, and 23, and 200% for lots 2, 10, 11, 17, 18, 19, 21, and 24. An advance payment of 5% of the minimum contract amount is available if the total exceeds €50,000, with a higher rate of 30% for small and medium enterprises. The advance is subject to the provisions of the public procurement code.
