    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of general laboratory equipment divided into several packages. The packages include: Package 1: Supply of a low-temperature freezer, Package 2: Supply of laboratory dryers, Package 3: Supply of a UV-C ceiling lamp, Package 4: Supply of a liquid chromatograph with equipment, Package 5: Supply of a laboratory centrifuge. Detailed descriptions of the items, including quantity, type, and requirements, are specified in the required technical conditions forms, which are Attachments 2.1 - 2.5 to the Terms of Reference. The contractor is responsible for delivering the items according to the terms outlined in the draft contract, which is Attachment 6 to the Terms of Reference. Deliveries will be made to various departments at the Medical University of Warsaw, all located at ul. Banacha 1, 02-097 Warsaw. The contract is part of a project aimed at modernizing and enhancing the educational infrastructure of the Medical University of Warsaw, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The buyer allows for equivalent solutions to those described in the technical specifications, provided they meet the required performance or functionality standards. A site visit by the contractor is not required. The deadline for submission of offers is October 29, 2025.
