Supply of Incontinence Products

This contract involves a framework agreement for the supply of incontinence products, including pads and general protective items. The agreement will be established with three suppliers, with the top-ranked supplier receiving approximately 40% to 70% of the total volume, the second-ranked supplier receiving about 20% to 50%, and the third-ranked supplier receiving around 5% to 30%. This framework agreement is treated as a purchase order, meaning that the selected suppliers will not compete against each other for these orders. The contracting authority, Stichting M.M. Delacroix, will also act on behalf of other contracting authorities, allowing each party to enter into their own agreements with the chosen suppliers based on this framework. The estimated demand reflects the needs of all participating parties who have already committed, but it does not guarantee a specific quantity to be purchased.
