Design Services for Sanitary Sewage Network in Poznań

This contract involves the development of a project in accordance with the applicable Building Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology dated December 20, 2021, regarding the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and functional and utility program. The project includes the design of a sanitary sewage network with connections in Poznań, specifically on Borowikowa, Leśna, and Bałtycka streets. The contractor will also be responsible for obtaining a valid building permit and a certificate confirming that there are no grounds for objection from the architectural and construction administration authority. The contractor can choose to obtain the building permit electronically or in paper form. Additionally, the contractor will provide author supervision during the execution of the works based on the project documentation from the date of signing the contract until the final acceptance protocol is signed. Detailed specifications are included in Annex 9 to the SWZ. The project location is Poznań, on Borowikowa, Leśna, and Bałtycka streets.
