Architecture Services for New Sports Facilities in Santo Domingo de la Calzada

The City Council of Santo Domingo de la Calzada is seeking technical assistance for the design, project management, and safety coordination for the construction of a new building that will include changing rooms, a gym, and stands for the football field (Phase II of the Sports City). This project involves: a) Demolishing the existing changing room building, which has an approximate built area of 240 m². b) Constructing a new single-story rectangular building in the space currently occupied by the changing room to be demolished. The project must comply with the technical specifications outlined in the contract documents and adhere to the requirements set forth in Law 38/1999 regarding building regulations. Only professionals with the necessary qualifications and solvency as per the current regulations will be eligible to execute the work.
