This contract seeks suppliers to provide a Functional Plan, Space Plan, Basic Project, Execution Project, and Health and Safety Study for the integration of services at Virgen del Valle Hospital, Provincial Hospital of Toledo, and the Major Ambulatory Surgery Unit at Toledo University Hospital. The Functional Plan will outline the needs and reorganization of existing resources, considering both outpatient and inpatient care. The Space Plan will develop the architectural proposal and functional relationships between units. The Basic Project will define the necessary works for transforming Toledo University Hospital based on the needs identified in the Functional and Space Plans. The Execution Project will detail the necessary works to facilitate the transfer of services from Virgen del Valle Hospital, Provincial Hospital of Toledo, and the Major Ambulatory Surgery Unit. The Health and Safety Study will coordinate safety measures during the drafting of the Execution Project.
