Wastewater Services – Sludge Transport for MIVÍZ Ltd.

This contract involves the transportation and disposal of dewatered sludge generated from the anaerobic treatment of municipal waste at the Biogas Plant, identified by the code HAK 19 06 04. The sludge will be transported from the Miskolc Wastewater Treatment Plant to a licensed treatment facility as authorized by the authorities. The expected quantity is approximately 1,333 tons of dewatered sludge per month, with a tolerance of +/- 20% (maximum 1,600 tons per month). The quantity is based on previous years' operational data, and the tolerance is due to the variability in the quality of incoming waste. The framework contract quantity is as follows: for the Miskolc Wastewater Treatment Plant, the total base quantity for one year is 15,996 tons, for which the buyer commits to a call-off obligation. An option of 3,200 tons is available, for which the buyer does not commit to a call-off obligation. The optional part is subject to the same rules as the base framework quantity.
