Public Transport Services in Kielce

The contract involves providing public transport services in Kielce using electric buses owned by the contracting authority. The services must adhere to established routes and schedules on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Compliance with relevant laws, including the Transport Law and regulations governing public transport, is required. The contracting authority will provide the contractor with 24 brand new Solaris maxi-class buses and 12 dual-position charging stations with a minimum power of 2x60 kW, located at the Bus Station on Czarnowska Street. These charging stations are exclusively for the buses provided under this contract unless written consent for other use is granted by the contracting authority. Additionally, the contractor will receive necessary instructions, documents, devices, and tools from the bus supplier to perform the transport services.
