Medical Equipment for Operating Rooms

This contract opportunity involves the supply of medical equipment for operating rooms, including operating tables, anesthesia machines, patient warming systems, and surgical lights. The selected supplier will be responsible for delivering the equipment to the buyer's location, installing and commissioning the equipment, and training the buyer's staff on operation, cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance. Suppliers must ensure that the equipment meets the requirements set forth in the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, and other applicable regulations. The equipment must be new, free from physical and legal defects, and packaged from the factory, produced no earlier than 2025. Equivalent solutions are allowed, provided they meet the technical, quality, usability, and functional parameters specified in the contract conditions. If an equivalent solution is proposed, the supplier must provide documentation detailing the parameters of the proposed equipment for comparison. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if funding is not secured for the entire or partial contract.
