Energy Trading and Bureau Services Contract

Hampshire County Council is looking for an experienced organization to serve as an Energy Partner. This partner will manage energy trading on behalf of the Council and provide bureau services alongside the Council's in-house Energy Team. The contract also includes optional services related to energy and water that the Council may choose to utilize in the future. Interested organizations should review the Service Specification for detailed requirements. The core services are valued at £1,293,750 over a period of 9 years, with an estimated additional options value of £250,000. The contract will start on May 1, 2025, and will last for nine years, with optional break clauses at the end of years 3, 5, and 7. Interested parties must register their interest via the In-Tend website at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and submit the tender return document along with any requested supporting information by 2:00 PM on March 7, 2025.
