Food and Non-Food Products Supply Contract 2025-2029

This procurement contract is for the supply of food products, non-food items, and retail kiosk products intended for professional kitchens. It also includes cleaning supplies and chemicals that support these functions. Detailed requirements and specifications for the procurement are outlined in the following attachments: - General description of the contracting authority and the procurement object (Attachment 1) - Minimum requirements for the procurement object (Attachment 2) - Price list (Attachment 4) - Contract (Attachment 5A) - General terms and conditions for public procurement (Attachment 5B JYSE 2025 Goods). The supplier must be able to provide all product categories and items specified in the request for proposals. Therefore, partial bids are not allowed. The buyer will select one (1) supplier with whom they will enter into a framework agreement. All terms will be binding in the framework agreement. Alternative bids are not permitted. The estimated quantities presented in the request for proposals are estimates, and the contract does not create a binding purchase obligation for the buyer or exclusive rights for the supplier to provide the service.
