Brief
The contract involves the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the Puck Municipality from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The contract is divided into two parts:
1. **Part 1**: Collection and management of waste from properties in Sector I, which includes the following locations: Domatowo, Domatówko, Gnieżdżewo, Leśniewo, Łebcz, Mała Piaśnica, Wielka Piaśnica, Mechowo, Mieroszyno, Czarny Młyn, Kaczyniec, Radoszewo, Werblinia, Swarzewo, Strzelno, Starzyński Dwór, Starzyno, Zdrada.
2. **Part 2**: Collection and management of waste from properties in Sector II, which includes the following locations: Błądzikowo, Brudzewo, Celbowo, Celbówko, Darzlubie, Mrzezino, Osłonino, Połchowo, Połczyno, Rekowo Górne, Rzucewo, Sławutowo, Sławutówko, Smolno, Widlino, Żelistrzewo.
The contractor is required to:
- Perform the basic order, which includes the collection and management of municipal waste and the provision of containers for selective collection of ash. The quantities for Part 1 are:
- 1,500 containers of 120 L
- 6 containers of 1100 L
For Part 2:
- 1,500 containers of 120 L
- 12 containers of 1100 L
- Execute the optional order, which includes additional containers as specified:
- For Part 1: 2,500 containers of 120 L and 2 containers of 1100 L
- For Part 2: 2,500 containers of 120 L and 3 containers of 1100 L
The execution of the optional order will follow the same conditions as the basic order, and the buyer reserves the right to exercise the option based on their needs. The contractor will be informed electronically about the intention to use the option 14 days in advance. The detailed description of the contract is available in the attached document.
