Software Maintenance and Support Services for IKVC

This contract opportunity involves providing operational and application support services for the IKVC system, as specified in the tender documents. It includes a fixed number of software modification services amounting to 50 person-days per month, as well as additional software modification services based on orders, with a maximum estimated total of 650 person-days throughout the contract duration. The resulting contract will be for a fixed term of 24 months from the effective date. The IKVC system is a comprehensive platform for selling international and domestic travel tickets and transport documents, including reservations for passenger rail transport. It is built in accordance with the international standards of the International Union of Railways (UIC) and serves several essential functions for managing passenger rail transport, such as connections to neighboring countries and pan-European transport routes, statistical outputs on passenger transport, integration with the buyer's economic information system, and support for train schedule creation.
