Laboratory Reagents Supply Contract

This is a framework agreement for the supply of laboratory reagents, divided into lots, for a duration of 24 months, in accordance with the requirements outlined in the specifications document. Suppliers have a minimum of 20 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will provide clear and complete responses to clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Any clarification requests sent after this date will be considered late and will not receive a response. All clarification requests must be submitted through the SEAP platform (www.e-licitatie.ro).
