Tax Consulting Services Framework Agreement

The University Hospital Aachen intends to establish a framework agreement for tax consulting services over a period of 4 years. The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement without any obligation to order a specific volume of services (e.g., hours). There is no obligation for the contracting authority to accept any services. The agreement will also terminate when the total value of individual orders reaches the estimated contract volume mentioned below. This estimated contract volume represents a maximum amount. Throughout the duration of the framework agreement, the estimated contract volume to be awarded is 600,000 EUR plus VAT, distributed across individual orders. Although the University Hospital RWTH Aachen has carefully estimated the contract volume based on needs, the exact amount to be awarded cannot be guaranteed. The frequency of individual orders cannot be specifically defined either. Orders will be placed as needed.
